Matthew was baptized at our church, First Presbyterian Church of Marietta, this morning. He did really well. When the Pastor, Sam Henderson, placed the water on this head he grabbed his hand and grunted trying to pry it away. I would imagine the water was slightly cool on his bald head. He let the pastor carry him up and down the aisle for everyone to see. Afterward, they sang "Jesus Loves Me," one of his favorite songs. We are so blessed to have our little Matthew. It was a very special day. Thank you to everyone for coming! I'm sorry we didn't get pictures of everyone. Thanks to Aunt Melba and Uncle Dale for coming all the way from Savannah to see our little boy be baptized. Thanks for coming Aunt Dorothy. Great to see you! It wouldn't have been the same without all of you. Thanks for making it an extra special day.
