What a fun time we all had with the Montoya Family this past Saturday night. They brought food to our home, and the men cooked and served everyone. We all enjoyed a yummy shrimp appetizer and a beef and rice main dish. Daddy Waters made Mommy's Chocolate pie for dessert and did a great job! Evan said that it was the best chocolate pie he had ever had, but then it was the only chocolate pie he had ever had! Too cute! Matthew had the time of his life wrestling and chasing the big boys, Cole and Evan. They are skilled in gymnastics and Taekwondo and had many awesome moves to share. They were so sweet to bring him a Batman jet. We hope to get together again soon!

Family Update
I am behind on the blogging lately. The computer has gotten really slow and the computer chair has become more and more uncomfortable as the twins grow larger. I wanted to write a quick update for 2011. Matthew started preschool on February 7, 2011, at Due West Methodist Preschool. He has done so well! He is just amazing! The teacher said it's as if he's been there all year. He has been on the waiting list all year and this space just opened up in the Young 2's class for two mornings a week, from 9-12. It has been a blessing as it is getting more difficult to keep up with everything that we did previously.
Matthew is now in his big boy bed and moved into his big boy room. He is in a twin bed and has done great with the transition. Mason and Greyson will move into his nursery and we'll add a crib. Matthew also started potty training 2 1/2 weeks ago. We started slow and he wore a diaper when we left the house. He has done awesome! What a blessing! He started this past weekend wearing big boy underwear (Cars, Thomas and Diego) all the time except for nap and nighttime. He wore his undies to school all week with no accidents! We are so very proud of him :)
I am 30 weeks this week and had an appointment with Dr. Allen, the Specialist, today. The babies got a great report and are measuring the same weight at 3.5 pounds each. They are staying healthy and very active. The doctor thinks that I will go all the way to 38 weeks! I'm not sure how my tummy can stretch much larger for 2 more months, but I guess we will see. Please keep us in your prayers.
Matt continues his love of running. Recently he has finished the Stump Jump~50K, the Silver Comet Half Marathon, 21 miles at Sweetwater State Park, and the Birmingham Mercedes Marathon. He is planning to run the Georgia Marathon in a couple of weeks. He is a running machine! Meanwhile, I am lucky to make it up and down our stairs ;)
I hope everyone is doing well! God Bless!

Mason and Greyson's Sprinkle ~March 5, 2011
Cute Aunt Joanna! There will be more pictures to come after I gather them all from the different cameras. The Sprinkle was so precious. I am so very blessed to have such wonderful friends and family who made this day so very special for me and my twin boys. Thanks to all who came to celebrate. All of you mean so much to me. And special thanks to Shannon for hosting at her home. Everything was so beautiful.
Brock, Matthew and Braden at the Circus. They all did really well and enjoyed the show. This was Matthew's first circus! His favorites were the elephants and the motorcycles. The circus was at the Arena at Gwinnett Place. It was a super nice place for the show. Much fancier than the BJCC in B'ham that Mommy and Daddy are accustomed to.
